Q: Do I need to register for the conference?

No. Speakers are automatically registered to attend, please do not register separately. When you arrive at the Hyatt Regency, please proceed to the registration area to pick up your ID badge and other conference materials.

Q: How early do I need to arrive for my session?

We ask that you arrive to your assigned session room 5 minutes before your session is scheduled to start.

Q: Can I bring a guest?

Yes, each speaker may bring one colleague from their Payer/Hospital/Health System as a complimentary guest. Please send their Full Name, Designations, Title, Organization and Email to Shqipe and she will take care of their registration.
